Your child will undergo an in-centre assessment so that our expert centre manager, Samantha, can identity your child’s current learning level and plan the most suitable tuition approach. The assessment will take 30 - 60 minutes depending on the age of your child and the number of subjects we need to assess. Once you have booked in your assessment, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation of your booking. 

If you decide that our programme is right for you and your child, you will be sent an enrolment form via email. Once completed and sent back to us, we will provide date and time options for classes to be booked. Please be aware that these times are subject to demand and space availability.

We will agree a start date for your child and the date and time of their classes. Each class lasts 60 minutes, with students typically attending once per week. Early years, KS1 and KS2 students will be set online homework and homework is available upon request for KS3 and KS4 students. We can provide paper homework if there are any issues with completing online work at home. 

We provide regular feedback to parents and guardians on their child’s progress through post-lesson conversations and emails. At around 12 weeks with us, we will reassess the student’s learning level and set new targets and programmes of work. This ensures that our students are being appropriately challenged and all gaps in knowledge are filled, to ensure learning success.
